A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: ● Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for the pre-opening phase ● Assisting in employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies ● Managing colleague services such as transport, and cafeteria operations ● Coordinating employee engagement activities including team events, celebrations, and recognition programs ● Supporting medical check-ups and wellbeing initiatives to maintain a healthy workforce ● Handling HR administration including exit processes, documentation, and audits ● Coordinating with government authorities and external agencies when required ● Assisting in performance management processes and HR projects What we need from you: ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/HR preferred) ● 2–3 years of HR experience (hospitality experience preferred) ● Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage ● Good organizational and presentation skills ● Experience in employee engagement and event coordination ● Energetic, creative, and people-oriented personality What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed. Responsibilities
