Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate recruitment requirements for both staff and worker-level positions based on project manpower needs.
  2. Follow up recruitment processes from candidate selection until joining.
  3. Coordinate with recruitment agencies, candidates, Project Management, Head Office HR and PRO teams.
  4. Follow up offer letters, employment documentation, visa applications, medical, Emirates ID, CICPA/security passes and other mobilization requirements.
  5. Monitor candidate notice periods, availability, visa status and expected joining dates.
  6. Maintain and regularly update recruitment and mobilization trackers.
  7. Identify recruitment or mobilization delays and immediately highlight critical cases.
  8. Coordinate flight tickets and employee arrival schedules with the responsible teams.
  9. Manage the complete onboarding process for new employees.
  10. Ensure all required employee documents, certificates and approvals are collected before mobilization.
  11. Coordinate project allocation, transfers and demobilization of employees.
  12. Maintain accurate project manpower and employee records.
  13. Support employees with HR-related queries and documentation.
  14. Coordinate closely with Project Management regarding manpower shortages and priority positions.
  15. Ensure HR processes comply with UAE Labour Law, company procedures and project/client requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE Oil & Gas, EPC or construction projects.
  3. Experience handling both staff and blue-collar/workforce recruitment and mobilization.
  4. Good understanding of UAE visa and employment processes.
  5. Experience with ADNOC projects and CICPA requirements is an advantage.
  6. Strong recruitment, coordination and follow-up skills.
  7. Good MS Excel and reporting skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple manpower requirements and priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
  9. Good command of English; Hindi/Urdu or Arabic would be an advantage
