REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in payroll or HR administration, preferably in a multinational company or fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and employee benefits.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Willingness to learn and take initiative in solving routine problems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline support to employees by addressing basic queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Assist with the coordination of employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.
  • Support the administration of payroll activities by liaising with payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases with relevant information.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration and basic HR reporting tasks.
  • Support mobility-related processes, including coordination of work pass applications and relocation logistics under supervision.
  • Prepare and maintain simple reports on payroll and HR-related data as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to support various HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
