Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the complete employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist HR Manager for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, overtime and employee movements.
  • Coordinate with Finance for monthly payroll and salary-related matters.
  • Support visa, Emirates ID, medical and other employee-related processes.
  • Handle employee queries, concerns and employee relations.
  • Support performance appraisals, training and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes comply with UAE labour regulations.
  • Prepare regular HR and manpower reports for management.
  • Coordinate manpower requirements with project/site and department teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Experience in construction, contracting, interior fit-out or manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labour practices and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word; HRMS experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
