Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage and support the full spectrum of HR operations across three group companies. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAE labor laws and HR best practices, capable of handling end-to-end HR functions—from visa processing to employee onboarding, payroll, exit formalities, and general HR administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day HR activities across three companies
  • Manage visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in line with UAE regulations
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding of new employees, ensuring proper documentation and orientation
  • Administer monthly payroll, including attendance records, overtime, and deductions
  • Execute offboarding processes, including final settlements, exit interviews, and visa cancellations
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws
  • Track leave balances, monitor attendance, and handle HR documentation efficiently
  • Address employee queries and provide timely HR support
  • Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and procedures
