ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Working towards or already hold CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce data analysis.
  • Experience of payroll /pensions systems (advantageous but not essential as training will be given).

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail and capable of working under pressure.
  • Team player with a proactive, hands-on approach.
    This is an office-based role (with some hybrid working available), and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Hours of work will be spread over 3-4 days. The role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
