We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both human resources functions and public relations activities. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, government authorities, and external partners, and knowledge of UAE Laws.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for all government authorities and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements.
2. Manage Employee visa records and prepare all the required documents for the visa process for labor and Immigration.
3. Keeping records of all company related documents i.e. (Trade Licenses, Insurance. etc.)
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant government agencies, embassies, and other external stakeholders.
5. Coordinate company events, conferences, and sponsorships, as well as manage media relations and press releases.
6. Monitor and manage the company’s reputation, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
7. Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s brand visibility and reputation.
8. Prepare reports and presentations on PR activities, outcomes, and plans.
9. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
10. Handle employee-related issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
11. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus.
2. Proven experience in HR management and public relations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
3. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government procedures.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, government officials, and external partners.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Fluency in English is required.
