Our partner company is an international service provider operating in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, supporting employees and management across multiple business functions. Tasks: Support the daily operation of HR policies, processes, and procedures Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related matters Maintain and manage employee records in line with legal and internal requirements Support disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes together with HR leadership Manage absenteeism and absence-related processes Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and official documentation Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees Assist in planning and delivering internal training sessions Prepare HR reports and ad-hoc analysis as requested Participate in HR projects such as policy updates and process improvements Proven hands-on experience in a generalist HR role Basic knowledge of local labor law and HR compliance Strong English skills (minimum B2 level), written and spoken Confident user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional communication and interpersonal skills High level of discretion, reliability, and ethical behavior Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Full-time, stable employment Onsite work in Budapest International and supportive work environment Structured onboarding and professional support Opportunities for continuous learning and development Long-term career opportunities within HR
