QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or equivalent with preferably a post graduate degree.
Minimum Experience:
5 years relevant experience in HR with leadership experience.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Knowledge of Employee lifecycle, HR systems and processes
Understanding of key organisation effectiveness and organisation development concepts (such as employee engagement, training needs analysis, design & delivery)
Knowledge of project management and change management practices
Analytical and problem solving skills
Effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Negotiation skills
Ability to plan complex projects
Ability to lead and influence teams including lateral leadership (leading without authority)
Ability and willingness to learn new skills, adapt and grow

HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system and personnel files.
- Process employee transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, resignations, and terminations.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, employment-related documents, and other HR correspondence.
- Monitor employee documentation and ensure required records are complete and properly maintained.
- Respond to employee HR queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
B. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities from requisition through onboarding.
- Post vacancies, screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments with hiring managers.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation.
- Coordinate offer letters, employment documentation, and pre-employment requirements.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and ensure completion of required documentation and induction activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular recruitment status updates.
C. Employee Relations
- Provide administrative support in employee relations matters, including warnings, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
- Maintain proper documentation of employee relations cases and ensure confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare relevant documentation for disciplinary and grievance proceedings.
- Escalate complex employee relations matters to the HR Manager for appropriate action.
