• Post vacancies and source suitable candidates
• Screen CVs and arrange interviews with management
• Prepare offer letters and employment documents
• Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities
• Coordinate employment visa, work permit, medical, Emirates ID and visa renewal/cancellation procedures
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate with MOHRE and other relevant UAE authorities when required
• Support payroll/WPS and general HR administration

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous HR experience in the UAE
• Familiar with UAE employment visa and MOHRE procedures
• Good English communication skills
• Good organization and follow-up ability
• Construction or contracting company experience is preferred
• Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi/UAE are preferred
