QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance
  • Experience in using HRIS systems and other HR-related software/tools
  • Familiarity with South African labour laws and HR best practices

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
  • Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
