JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a HR Office to work with our HR Team in our Abu Dhabi Head office.

THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS IS REQUIRED FOR HR OFFICER

  1. Must have 3-5 years of UAE HR Experience as HR Officer/Assistant
  2. Must have prior experience in preparation and submission of CICPA and other ADNOC HR Documentation works
  3. Must have previous experience of handling payroll activities of minimum 400+ staff, majority being blue collar with experience in managing time sheets, OT sheets and labour accommodation records.

    4. Must have valid UAE Driving license.

This is an URGENT HIRING, so candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized. Candidates on cancelled/Visit visa are encouraged to apply. As this job involves interacting with blue collar workers, we prioritize candidates who can speak Hindi and Malayalam properly along with elementary Arabic. Must be available in UAE for a face to face interview.

Responsibilities
  1. Visa Onboarding activities :- Application of new visas, visa related documentation, follow up with PRO, renewals, obtaining Labour approvals, application of Medical insurance, handling entire Medical insurance portal and passport management.
  2. Employee relations: Handling employee grievances, providing counseling and guidance, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  3. Payroll activities : Handling entire payroll activity, updating payroll register, preparation of monthly payroll chart, handling WPS portals and coordination with WPS agencies, preparation of end of service benefits and leave salaries, updation of leave and managing increments, bonus, incentives registers.
  4. PRO activity : Preparation of CICPA Pass, submission and obtaining approvals from CICPA and managing other ADNOC HR related passes and documentation.
  5. HR policies and procedures: Developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations, and maintaining employee handbooks.
  6. Employee data management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, managing HR databases and systems, updating soft and hard copies of all personnel documents in appropriate files, follow up of renewals of visa, passport, labour card etc and generating reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  7. Compliance and legal matters: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, handling disciplinary actions, and managing workplace investigations.
