Description

PFC GROUP is urgently hiring a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience and be available to join immediately.
You will play a key role in managing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative coordination, all in compliance with UAE labor laws.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience (Construction)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional email communication
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
Responsibilities
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR records
  • Draft employment contracts and coordinate with the PRO for visa processing
  • Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and compliance with labor laws
  • Manage job postings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
  • Provide administrative support to HR and senior management
