We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years HR experience in the real estate industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (agents, sales, admin, marketing) Handle onboarding, employee documentation, contracts, and HR compliance Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals Partner with management on workforce planning and hiring strategy Proven HR experience within the real estate industry is mandatory. Previous experience working with a developer in UAE is a plus.
