Job Description **Responsibilities:** Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights that support business objectives Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualisation, and storytelling Drive HR digitalisation initiatives, including process improvement and automation, by ensuring UI/UX principles are implemented throughout the design stage of HR digitalisation projects Develop and enhance HR dashboards and reporting using **Power BI** Develop and produce materials, including videos and digital content, to support HR initiatives Qualifications Master/Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, AI, Data Analytics, or related field Basic knowledge or exposure to: Power BI / Data visualisation tools Data analysis or dashboard creation Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred) Interest in HR systems, automation, and digital transformation Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Experience in UI/UX design principles to enhance data presentations.
