In this vital role, you will provide HR guidance and support to business managers across various areas, ensuring compliance with policies, legislation, and company initiatives. You’ll play a key role in talent acquisition, development, and retention while actively supporting employee relations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

THE ROLE:

The HR Officer will act as a trusted advisor to business managers, delivering proactive support and solutions in all areas of HR. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management, this role ensures the smooth operation of HR processes while driving engagement and compliance across the business.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

Liaise with key stakeholders to support operational needs and ensure HR alignment with business goals.
Undertake other duties as assigned to support the HR function.
