Position Summary: The HR Officer will support all aspects of human resources operations, focusing on recruitment assistance, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. Working closely with the Operations Manager, this role plays a key part in fostering a positive company culture and ensuring smooth HR processes aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process and coordination of candidate communications. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with Cyprus employment law. Plan, organize, and manage company events and employee engagement activities to strengthen team culture and morale. Support the Operations Director with performance reviews, training coordination, and employee development activities. Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and internal policies. Contribute to HR reporting, data collection, and continuous process improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role (industry experience not required). Knowledge of Cyprus employment law and HR best practices is an advantage. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems. Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
