The HR Officer will play a key role in implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal procedures. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases Support onboarding (incl. Mobility cases) and offboarding processes Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries Handle employee relations issues and escalate when necessary Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports Support payroll and salary reviews and processing by providing relevant employee information Ensure compliance with absence management Support our foreign new starters in getting required registrations and paperwork completed (IND, 30% ruling etc.) Participate in HR projects and initiative to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness Coordinate our internal Early Carees Programme (ECP) together with our external training provider Qualifications Our ideal candidate is discrete, trustworthy and personable. We are looking for someone to represent Turner & Townsend professionally at all times. Someone who is self-motivated, proactive, highly organised and able to work autonomously.
