We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an HR role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including preparing job postings and scheduling interviews.
  • Provide timely and accurate HR advice to staff and line managers.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation and ensure accuracy in HR data.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other documentation as required.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
