PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Coordinate administrative processes with regards to inflow, internal flow and outflow;
  • Provide salary administration with the monthly changes and necessary documentation;
  • Monitor and assist with training, education and career development topics;
  • Monitor and assist with the illness policy and related processes;
  • Facilitate employees and managers with first line HR questions;
  • Maintain and assist with digitalizing our personnel files and recording personal information, according to our company policy and as required by law;
  • Maintain and improve the HR procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

As an HR Officer you report to the Department Manager HR and you work together with your other colleagues from HR. As an HR Officer you are the first point of contact for first line HR questions, and you coordinate the administrative processes with regard to inflow, internal flow and outflow. You assist with training, education and career development topics. Besides that, you will also be a part of Arbo related processes. Your proactiveness and eagerness to improve HR procedures will be much appreciated.
You are the connecting factor between the business and the HR Advisors. It is a generalistic role where you’ll deal with various aspects of HR.
