Cygnet have an exciting opportunity for an organised HR Onboarding Assistant to join our central functions team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will be joining the team working full time, 40 hours per week. This is a Hybrid role working two days from home and three days within our city centre Birmingham office.

Responsibilities

This role will include chasing pre-employment checks for applicants, making sure all pre-employment checks meet the CQC criteria, working closely with our recruitment and HR team to ensure you are offering an efficient and supportive approach to our central team.
