HR Transformation Consulting Services is a cross-industry capability, which is focused on developing and delivering market leading, innovative HR solutions to our clients. This practice is part of our UKI Talent and Organisation/Human Potential practice which leads on combining our HR Transformation and HR Technology consulting with programme leadership capabilities, change management, and leadership expertise, helping our clients to shape and deliver world-class colleague experience, HR services underpinned by digital enablement to unlock their human potential.

IN THIS YOU WILL:

  • Deliver HR Consulting projects to define HR Transformation solutions encompassing HR operating model and organisation design, Business case development
  • Challenge our clients to think differently in how HR can support the workforce of the future and agile enterprise, aligning with broader People Strategy and business priorities.
  • Support the growth of the HR consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership, and market eminence within the area of HR Transformation.
  • Support in creating market-relevant HR Transformation points of views, blogs and offerings to create market eminence for Accenture’s HR consulting and overall T&O.
  • Deliver with consistency and excellence for our clients, helping build the case for change and supporting HR initiatives with robust business case development.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Proven track record in delivering HR transformation programmes and/or processes, including integration with People Strategy and Strategic Workforce Planning approaches.
  • A passion for innovation and technology trends, understanding the HR Transformation ecosystem and how leading-edge technologies and data can drive organisational objectives while supporting the employee/colleague experience.
  • Strong consulting acumen by demonstrating excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others.
  • Understanding, and preferably experience in driving employee experience–centric process optimisation efficiencies in HR transformation, leveraging latest thinking including through the use of Robotics, Automation and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Experience or familiarity with the design of supporting HR Operating Models, enabling scalable and business-aligned HR delivery.
  • Showing ability to build trusted relationships, and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally to your organisation with clear ability to influence others.
  • Ability to support or develop robust HR Transformation-related business cases to secure investment and drive transformation.
