  • Connaissance des lois du travail et des exigences en matière de conformité RH.

    Position Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and HR Assistant to join our team. This role combines administrative expertise with strategic support to ensure smooth HR operations and efficient resource management. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement, while contributing to the optimization of organizational workflows and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including scheduling orientations, preparing documentation, and ensuring a seamless new hire experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems such as ADP, Oracle, Ceridian, Dayforce, or Kronos.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits with professionalism and clarity.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, including performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, assisting with audits and other compliance-related tasks.
  • Support change management initiatives by communicating updates and guiding employees through transitions.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve the working environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and plan staffing needs to align with operational requirements and organizational goals.
  • Assist in optimizing resource utilization and improving workflow efficiency.
  • Lead or support HR and operational projects, ensuring timely execution and successful delivery of objectives.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to employee-related legislation and regulations, maintaining compliance across HR practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., ADP, Oracle, Dayforce, Kronos) and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., iCIMS).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
