Job Description Manage overall Payroll Process and co-ordinate all activities, monitor metrics and ensure all HR Operations are aligned with global strategy and local legal requirements. Qualifications ACCOUNTABILITIES Payroll management Monthly check of Workday report to track and implement changes inside of payroll. Control payroll file compare with the previous month’s actualized file and check the variances. In case of change is required, inform Datassist to reject file together with the update request. Payroll Audit / Payroll Compliance. Local Audit. Payroll Policy. Payroll Provider. Month end surveys. Budget & Reporting Budget & LEs. Make sure timeline for each year is planed based on the Finance BP’s input and then share agreed timeline with all Finance BPs. Provisions. Exit Process Off-Cycle Changes Data Validation Make sure all Turkey employee data (ABS, incentive, timing, position, LM and all other information) are accrued 100%. Health / Life Insurance & Pension Plan Data Accuracy Make sure all employee data for each employee has required information. Work in a collaboration with HR Team to collect missing information/data. Make sure HR system has %100 data accuracy which effect all HR processes and systems including manual systems such as annual leave tracking tool. Workday & Service Now Using effectively Workday for all HR related process including hiring, termination and data changes in a timely manner. Support employees for the usage of the system. Using Service Now in a daily bases, answer tickets in line with KPIs. Report on quality of service and propose solutions for improvement. Vendor Management Coordination of third parties’ activity and ensure information and rules provided to external providers are valid. Expat Management Additional Information Geographic Scope: Turkey. Professional proficiency in English is required.
