Job Description HR Operations Lead is responsible for managing end- to- end HR operational processes across the employee life-cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance end efficiency. This role drives process excellence and continuous improvement while aligning HR Operations with business and strategic objectives. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Manage end to end employee lifecycle process including payroll, benefits administration and employee records. Ensure full compliance with Turkish Labor Law, regulations and company polices. Cooperate with payroll vendors. Prepare and manage internal / external audits related to HR Operations. Manage budget and reporting regarding to Labor cost. Act as the owner of the HR Systems (eg. Workday, ServiceNow). Develop and deliver HR metrics, dashboards and operational reports. Manage process for foreign employees. Partner with regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Additional Information Geographic Scope: Turkey. Professional proficiency in English is required.
