About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented, Chinese speaking HR Specialist within Benefits & Compensation to support our people operations across the Nordic region (Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark). In this role, you will focus on Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations, working closely with managers, employees, and external partners to ensure compliant, efficient, and employee-friendly HR practices across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Support the administration and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs across the Nordics Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., payroll providers, benefits platforms) to ensure accuracy and smooth operations Assist in annual salary reviews, bonus processes, and benefits planning Monitor market trends and provide data-driven insights using Excel, Power BI PowerPoint Employee Relations Support the employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding) Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters Assist in handling employee relations cases in compliance with local labor laws Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement Regional HR Operations Help align HR processes across Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark while respecting local requirements Participate in HR system and process improvements Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders on HR-related topics Job Requirements Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally in Compensation & Benefits and/or Employee Relations Fluent in, Swedish, Chinese and English both written and spoken Solid analytical skills and attention to detail Valid right to work in Sweden Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in at least one Nordic language (Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish) Experience supporting multiple countries or working in an international environment Familiarity with Nordic Labor laws and collaboration with external HR/payroll vendors What We Offer An international and collaborative work environment Exposure to HR operations across the Nordic region Competitive compensation and benefits Application Please submit your CV in English.
