Responsibilities:

HR Projects:

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of the Regional HR projects.
  • Participate in the implementation of new HR systems and processes.

Onboarding/Offboarding:

  • Conduct orientation programs for new employees, introducing them to company policies and culture.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Support and manage employee disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and address employee morale and satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive working environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
  • Compile monthly Payroll - update on employees’ movement, OT claims etc
  • Monthly update on HR headcount reporting; benefits administration, collaborating with finance and other departments as necessary.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and analytics to assist in decision-making.

Policy Implementation:

  • Support in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence across the organization.
  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations, making recommendations for updates to policies as needed.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to address HR-related legal matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
