Description

Work across areas Data management, Reconciliation/Investigation and Records Management. Maintain high data quality standards through accurate execution and quick resolution. Communicate effectively with HR partners, Business and employees regarding the service request raised and share an updated status. Prioritize the request as per the service type request based on SLA. Manage incoming requests via ServiceNow with accurate tracking and timely updates. Perform other tasks as assigned Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. Build effective working relationships within team, users and stake holders. Escalate, manage and report control related issues with transparency. Accuracy and attention to detail - pays particular attention to detail and accurate data/work. Adaptability - flexible approach and attitude to role with a willingness to adapt to needs and demands of business. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work to align to service level agreements Ability to multi-task on a consistent basis. Flexible to work in an office environment and/or remotely as required. 4 to 5 years of Working Experience Knowledge and Experience on Workday and SNOW system is plus. Knowledge and Experience on HR Shared Services is plus.
