Description
The HR & Operations Assistant supports daily HR processes and operational activities to ensure smooth employee experience and efficient internal operations. This role combines people administration with operational coordination and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication. Operations & Administration • Coordinate laptop and equipment requests, delivery, replacements, and inventory tracking • Support office management: supplies, vendors, service providers • Assist with business travel coordination (tickets, accommodation, invitations if needed) • Support internal processes and workflows improvement • Liaise with IT, Finance, and external vendors on operational matters • Maintain operational trackers, spreadsheets, and documentation General HR Support • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR and operations • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures • Support ad-hoc tasks from HR and Operations leadership Requirements • 2+ year of experience in HR, Operations, Administration, or Assistant roles • Basic understanding of HR processes • Strong organizational and time-management skills • High attention to detail and confidentiality • Good written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working with HR systems
