We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Associate to support our Human Resources department. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality labor and administrative processes, payroll management, documentation, and compliance in collaboration with the VP of HR. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role. Alternatively, a strong willingness to learn and the ability to quickly and efficiently adapt to HR tasks.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with efficiency and maintain focus in a structured environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software (Bamboo) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of / ability to navigate employment laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Hungarian.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Execute HR labor and administrative duties to support daily operations efficiently.
  • Effectively oversee payroll operations in all our locations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of HR-related processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employment history, job transitions, salary details, performance evaluations, qualifications, leave balances, and accrued vacation days.
  • Prepare, review, and update employment contracts in accordance with job role changes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • As a key member of our onboarding process, explain key HR policies and processes, and ensure thorough documentation and record-keeping for new hires, verifying completeness and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Support HR compliance and legal administration by managing documentation workflows and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with HR and recruitment administration, including candidate tracking, GDPR compliance, and document management.
  • Collaborate on HR projects and provide support for additional HR-related tasks as required.
