ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A HR OPERATIONS ROLE THAT IS MORE THAN JUST ANOTHER JOB?

It’s an exciting time at Oasis Community Learning, especially in the People & Culture team. There has been significant investment in expanding the team to ensure we’re equipped to provide the very best service to all of our academies and National colleagues.
We’re looking for well organised and customer centric HR Operations Advisor (known internally as Case Management Advisor) to join our high performing team within the People & Culture function. You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time as our new HR structure and ways of working are rolled out nationally, providing a real opportunity to make a difference to all colleagues, and by extension students, in our academies.
Working closely with our friendly and welcoming People Services Desk and wider HR colleagues across England, you will be thoroughly supported by senior leaders to shape and develop your team. Our ideal candidate will have prior HR advisory experience, ideally gained within a HR Shared Services and/or Education arena. You’ll be accustomed to handling more complex HR queries, working with high levels of accuracy and efficiency, and bringing a positive mindset to customer service and process improvements.
Oasis Community Learning is a truly unique place to work. We have over 50 academies across England, with a goal of delivering first-class innovative education. As such, the role of People & Culture is to ensure all academy staff can wholly concentrate on making a difference to our students’ lives. Pair this with a vibrant central office and great colleagues, and you have a fantastic opportunity on your hands!

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Handle a wide range of employee life cycle related cases and in particular those escalated from the Case Management Administrators, ensuring that all cases are managed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company policies and relevant legislation, escalating complex cases to the Case Management Lead as necessary.
  • Utilise HR systems (e.g., iTrent, Microsoft Dynamics) to manage and track cases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and case documentation and support system maintenance and updates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including the wider People Services team, employees, managers, and external partners to ensure effective case resolution, communicating effectively to keep all parties informed and engaged.
  • Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and service delivery, participating in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Attendance at our Waterloo office is mandatory 3 days per week. The team work on a rota to ensure a service is provided from 8am – 6pm Monday – Thursday and 8am – 4pm on a Friday.
