About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support our Global HR functions. This role is ideal for someone with up to 3 years of HR experience, particularly in HR operations, administration, and employee support.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-3 years of HR-related experience, preferably in an international environment
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
  • Minimum business-level English proficiency (Native-level preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Growth mindset and demonstrated team-oriented problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new digital tools and platforms
  • Interest in and understanding of the gaming industry
  • Customer-oriented mindset, particularly in supporting overseas business team
Responsibilities
  • Assist with HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance support
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy in employee records
  • Provide support on global HR policies and procedures
