About the Role We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations across the Group. In this role, you'll manage employee lifecycle administration, support payroll processes, maintain accurate employee records, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding across the Group Maintain accurate employee records in HiBob and internal HR systems Prepare employment contracts, NDAs, GDPR documentation, and equipment liability agreements Prepare monthly payroll inputs, including time-off reports and employee updates, for external payroll providers Review payroll reports and payslips, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payments Coordinate employee benefits administration, including mandatory medical examinations and eye-care reimbursements Maintain workplace safety documentation and training records in line with local requirements Support visa and work permit processes in cooperation with external immigration partners Ensure HR documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal policies and local regulations Monitor HR workflows, approvals, and recurring tasks within HR systems Requirements 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar People Operations role Previous experience managing HR processes in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Cyprus, Malta, or Spain Experience supporting payroll processes and working with external payroll providers Experience coordinating employee visa and work permit processes is an advantage Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, HiBob experience is an advantage Strong knowledge of HR documentation, employee lifecycle processes, and GDPR principles Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners Fluent in English and Russian, with knowledge of additional languages considered an advantage What We Offer Opportunity to shape the future of fintech solutions within a growing company Collaborative, horizontal team structure that values your expertise and ideas Continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth Competitive salary and benefits package * This position is offered within the COLIBRIX ONE.
