Our team in Sofia is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to support our team during a maternity leave period. This is a contract role, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced international environment. Job Description As part of our established Global People Services and Operations team, we are committed to delivering a seamless and positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle for over 600 people in Bulgaria. Our focus is on developing efficient, streamlined people processes and systems while leveraging technology to its full potential. You will provide high-quality query support and people services to employees and managers across the employee lifecycle. This includes offering expert advice and guidance through our case management system ServiceNow. Your ability to deliver exceptional support will be instrumental in maintaining a positive employee experience. Qualifications Good experience in HR operations or people services (onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, promotions, etc.) Good understanding of local labor laws and ensuring compliance in HR matters Comfortable using technology and skilled in using HR case systems like ServiceNow or Oracle HCM Familiar with HRIS and testing processes like SRT and UAT Clear and confident communicator, both written and spoken Strong at solving problems and handling tricky HR situations Detail-oriented and organized, keeping accurate records and overall employee files Can handle multiple cases, stay on top of priorities, and work under pressure Aware of ways to improve processes and make operations smoother Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Outlook and Teams Additional Information At Entain, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire peak performance.
