WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for an HR Operations Coordinator who brings structure, initiative, and people-centered thinking to everything they do. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, globally distributed team where your ability to coordinate, communicate, and deliver results directly supports business growth.
From maintaining accurate employee records and improving HR systems, to onboarding new team members and aligning with finance on benefits, you’ll play a key operational role. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape and streamline HR processes while working closely with experienced professionals across 20+ countries. Responsibilities
  • RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDINGSupport job postings, interview coordination, and help new hires feel welcome from day one.
  • HR ADMIN & COMPLIANCEKeep employee records up to date, manage HR docs, and be the go-to for everyday HR questions.
  • TIME OFF & BENEFITSTrack leave, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with finance to keep things accurate and aligned.
  • EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCECoordinate surveys, celebrate team milestones, and help deliver meaningful engagement initiatives.
  • PERFORMANCE & DEVELOPMENTMonitor review cycles, assist with training logistics, and maintain learning resources.
  • EXIT & OFFBOARDINGOrganize exit interviews, manage system access, and ensure a smooth, compliant departure process.
  • HR Projects & Planning
  • Support the delivery of key HR projects and initiatives by assisting with coordination and implementation activities.
