Job Description Responsibilities: Minimum 2 Years experience as Employee Data Administration and Inquiry Management specialist, or bachelor's degree equivalent Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); German language B2 Level (verbal and written) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize information and define processes Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and grammatical accuracy Customer service focus with strong interpersonal and reliability skills Proactive approach to improving individual and team practices Willingness to travel as needed for implementation and transfer processes Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Pega) Additional Information Please Note: Fraudulent job postings/job scams are increasingly common.
