With a few years of HR or people operations experience under your belt, you’re ready for a seat that balances operational backbone with human connection. You don’t just manage tasks — you create clarity, document processes, and ensure people feel supported. At a minimum, you bring: 2–5 years of experience in HR, People Ops, or related employee-facing roles Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities Comfort with recruiting coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and employee support A collaborative mindset with adaptability and follow-through A servant-leadership philosophy and alignment with K2United’s values Your Impact As the HX Operations & Employee Experience Partner, you will be a critical connector across the organization. You’ll ensure employees feel consistently supported while freeing leadership to focus on strategy. You’ll blend recruiting coordination, onboarding logistics, employee support, and engagement activities with process documentation and knowledge base management. Your day-to-day work will: Provide a first line of support for employee questions (benefits, policies, VOE requests, record updates) Manage recruiting coordination: job postings, applicant flow, resume reviews, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication Oversee onboarding and offboarding logistics to ensure smooth transitions for employees and temps Maintain the HX knowledge base and document workflows, ensuring processes are clear, accessible, and repeatable Run employee engagement touchpoints: check-ins, recognition nominations, and light-pulse feedback activities Act as a bridge role: documenting, tracking, and surfacing priorities to keep HX leadership aligned Jira, MS Teams, MS Office Suite, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Outlook, MS Forms, Booking app — and other tools that support employee communication, tracking, and engagement.
