The Role
As an HR Operations Executive, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure employees are guided through on-boarding during their first few months at TCS. In this role your main duties include maintaining reporting structures with new joiner’s teams, compliance, acting as a point of contact for a range of HR processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with different cross functional teams on on-boarding and integration of permanent and fixed term professionals.
- Enabling the new joiners with Infrastructure and hardware support
- Plan, organize, and conduct induction on a bi-monthly/monthly basis.
- Continuously improve the new joiner experience.
- Act as the first point of contact and help support the new joiner queries.
- Answer general queries via incoming calls and emails.
- Work with recruiters and wider operations team to maintain a pipeline of joiners, communicate effectively, and support the team with onboarding of the candidates.
- Generate dashboards and prepare daily and/or weekly reports.
- Accurate maintenance and update of the various trackers and new joiner files.
- Processing and tracking the invoices related to recruitment matters
- Ensure compliance to various internal systems and processes.
- Liaise with the designated external pre-employment screening vendor.
- Collaborate effectively with other relevant teams to ensure that processes follow agreed steps and produce the expected deliverables.
Your Profile
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- A degree in human resources or relevant area.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- The ability to act in a customer service-oriented manner, respond flexibly and promptly.
- The ability to articulate the onboarding process elements and guide stakeholders where appropriate.
- The ability to deal discreetly with sensitive situations and confidential information.
- The ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment and build effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
