Our client is a fast-growing and innovative startup operating at the intersection of gaming and blockchain technologies, headquartered in Dubai. ⸻ What You'll Do: Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR data within internal systems. Support the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process, including document preparation, orientation scheduling, and exit procedures. Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, providing timely support and guidance. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and assist in maintaining up-to-date HR policies, guidelines, and documentation. Coordinate office setup and relocation projects, managing relationships with contractors, suppliers, and vendors. Collaborate on workspace design and layout planning to align with the organizations culture, efficiency, and productivity goals. Oversee daily office operations to maintain a professional, organized, and well-functioning work environment. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager. ⸻ What We're Looking For: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Interior Design, Hospitality Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in HR operations and office or facility management. Demonstrated experience managing office fit-out projects and a solid understanding of workspace/interior design concepts. Background in hospitality, serviced offices, or coworking spaces is a strong advantage. Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
