Park Nicollet is looking to hire an HR Operations Intern to join our Human Resources team!  Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.    Position Summary: The HR Intern role will support the HR team by helping standardize HR processes and systems across multiple employers. Key work includes digitizing employee records, assisting with HR data and process cleanup, and supporting compliance documentation activities. The intern will partner with HR Service Center leaders to complete high-volume administrative work with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.   Qualifications include coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience); strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work accurately; professionalism handling confidential information; comfort learning new systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); and clear communication, organization, and reliability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.   This role will be onsite in St Louis Park and last 10-12 weeks.   Work Schedule: M-F 8:00-4:30, This role will be onsite in St Louis Park and last 10-12 weeks (summer)   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  * Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: * Must be enrolled in or graduated from a higher education program in the field that relates to the internship program.  * Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: * NA * Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Microsoft Office suite of products * Excel Spreadsheet experience beneficial to completing work. * Computer skills for creating reports, graphs, charts and supporting documentation.   PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Demonstrates strong analytic skills and confidence in decision making. * Demonstrates ability to work collegially with internal and external contacts. * The intern will be expected to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.   Benefits: Park Nicollet offers a competitive benefits package (for eligible positions) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, a retirement program, time away from work, insurance options, tuition reimbursement, an employee assistance program, onsite clinic and much more!      At HealthPartners we believe in the power of good – good deeds and good people working together.
