Responsibilities

The HR Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring smooth delivery of core HR services including employee lifecycle management, HR systems, compliance, and process improvement. In the role you will work to further digitise the HR Operations function finding ways to automate, improve efficiency and enable data driven decision making through insights and analysis.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing HR operational processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HR documentation, and data management.
  • Using digital tools and AI technology to automate and improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of HR services to employees and managers.
  • Provide insights through HR data reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure HR processes and policies comply with employment laws, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and lead internal and external audits related to HR
  • Lead and coach the HR Advisor and Administrator within the operations team
