Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full cycle of onboarding new starters and offboarding
  • Manage the HR department, operations, including compensation, benefits, and HR policies
  • Maintain and protect employee records and personal data in compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Ensure that HR practices align with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Set up, implement and manage policies for the region
  • Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation to meet operational requirement
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy
  • Use data to track HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance
