Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in building and implementing the company’s internal systems, policies, and operational procedures. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a growing organization and is passionate about structure, efficiency, and people.
You will be responsible for designing and overseeing all HR-related functions, including onboarding, employee relations, training, KPIs, and internal policies, while also leading operational initiatives that support our company’s growth and culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in a similar HR and/or operations management role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and organizational systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools.
  • Fluent in English;

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement onboarding processes, employee handbooks, and company policies.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
  • Lead the setup and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various roles.
  • Manage all HR operations including recruitment support, contracts, leave management, employee files, and end-of-service procedures.
  • Oversee and guide internal training programs and performance evaluation cycles.
  • Support and advise on matters related to salary reviews, promotions, and employee relations.
  • Ensure legal compliance and alignment with labour laws and internal values.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between management and staff to ensure proper implementation of systems.
  • Collaborate with department heads to improve internal workflows and ensure policy adherence.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation and records for all HR and operational matters.
