Description
MyTravaly is expanding its presence in Northeast India and is opening a new branch in Guwahati. We are looking for a hands-on HR & Operations Manager who will build the local team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure smooth coordination between the Guwahati branch and the Head Office. This role requires someone who can hire, execute, and lead, not just plan. Key Responsibilities HR & People Management Hire and onboard Key Account Managers, business development manager, and Support Executives Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records Conduct onboarding, training, and performance reviews Maintain discipline, team morale, and company culture Ensure compliance with HR policies and SOPs Operations Management Oversee daily booking operations, confirmations, cancellations, and refunds Ensure timely hotel payouts in coordination with the finance team Monitor SLAs, resolve escalations, and ensure customer & hotelier satisfaction Ensure inventory accuracy and smooth PMS usage by the team Process & Reporting Implement operational and HR SOPs as defined by HQ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and streamline workflows Branch Coordination Act as the single point of contact for the Guwahati branch Coordinate with central teams (Tech, Finance, Product, Support) Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations with minimal dependency Requirements 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations / Service Operations / Travel or Hospitality Ops Strong people management and execution skills Experience in startups, OTAs, hospitality, or service-based companies preferred Comfortable handling pressure, multitasking, and on-ground execution Local knowledge of Guwahati / Northeast India is a plus Benefits Salary, perks, PF, health insurance
