JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a confident and experienced HR & Operations Manager to join our nursery group. This is a key leadership support role, working closely with the management team to oversee HR, compliance, and operational administration. We need someone who understands the early years sector and can bring professionalism, organisation, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth day-to-day running across the nurseries.

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and staff file management
• Oversee HR compliance including right-to-work, DBS, and safeguarding checks
• Ensure accurate record keeping for Ofsted, funding, and statutory audits
• Support payroll preparation and oversee staff rotas
• Manage policies, procedures, and internal staff communications
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Nursery Managers and Directors
