This role will provide a responsive, compliant, and high-quality HR service by staying informed on current legislation, regulations, and best practices. Shape and drive our people strategy to position Knights Brown as an Employer of Choice.

ACCOUNTABILITIES;

  • Work closely with our Internal Recruiter to support a smooth onboarding experience for new starters.
  • Deliver an effective HR service to our current and future people, contributing to being an employer of choice.
  • Enable our people to understand and access their benefits easily.
  • Manage the HR discipline. Establish clear, straightforward policies, processes and activities, compliant with legislation, understood and responsive to our changing business.
  • Ensure all data processing activities are compliant with Data Protection Regulations.
  • Analyse data throughout the employment life cycle, to support improvements to our business, through external benchmarking, KPI’s, surveys.
  • Work closely with our payroll team to improve processes to comply with regulations and changing legislation, such as National Minimum Wage.
  • Work proactively with line managers, coaching and supporting them to deliver effective people solutions, improving the capability of our teams.
  • Support line managers in handling complex employee matters ensuring legal and procedural compliance. Assist in the resolution of any trends that may arise.
  • Support the completion of complex bid submissions.
  • Work closely with our People and Talent Director on projects that will deliver our strategy and embed our guiding principles in all we do.
  • Create opportunities for the HR team to develop.
