About the role…
The HR Operations Manager leads the HR Business Partnering and HR administrative team of Royal Rehab. The position also directly partners senior leaders and manages key projects.
The role ensures that the HR function runs effectively and supports strategic business goals while promoting a positive and engaged workplace culture for all employees.
The incumbent will partner senior leaders and provide specialist advice to Hospital and Disability Services Business Units.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day HR operations, supporting a multi-site workforce across NSW, QLD and VIC
Partner with senior hospital and disability services managers to provide HR advice and operational support
Oversee onboarding, employment contracts, policy compliance, and HR systems
Travel to hospital and other service locations as needed to provide hands-on support
Collaborate with senior leadership to support workforce strategy and business objectives
Support continuous improvement and standardisation of HR processes

You’re a proactive and strategic HR leader with a strong background in managing human resources across complex, multi-disciplinary environments (including healthcare). With a deep understanding of industrial relations, workforce planning, and HR compliance, you bring both operational efficiency and a genuine people-first approach. You thrive on building positive workplace culture, supporting frontline leaders to build capability, and driving continuous improvement in HR systems and processes.
