Compliance & Policy: Own UK and multi-country employment compliance, keeping us aligned with local labour law as we expand. Maintain the employee handbook and HR policies, manage right-to-work checks and visa submissions, lead contractor set-up in new jurisdictions, and own employee records management and data privacy compliance.
