EDUCATION QUALIFICATION & ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES:

  • Minimum Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 - 6 years of relevant working experiences
  • Experienced working in a start-up environment would be an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
  • Willingness, reliable, flexible and adaptable individual who is able to work independently
  • Meticulous and task oriented
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

You will be responsible to oversee and enhance HR processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance and a great employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for new hires onboarding, offboarding, international mobility of overseas assignees, orientation and other administrative functions.
  • Managing the application and renewal of staff badges, carpark permits for employees and contractors.
  • Administering of trainings for employees and contractors.
  • Manage employee business travel, overseas trainings and visa arrangement including reservation of flights and hotels.
  • Manage matters relating to onboarding/offboarding, housing, temporary accommodation, coordination of service and maintenance for temporary office/ new worksite, ordering of stationaries and equipment.
  • Assist in handling employee related matters such as employee welfare, feedback/grievances, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist with organization of company-wide events such as annual dinner, lunches, communication sessions.Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to the HR Team as assigned.
