JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, training & development, and HR administration to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and labour laws.

• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of proven HR experience
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.Team player with a proactive attitude

  Location: Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt
  Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000

• Support the recruitment process in job posting, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour regulations.
• Assist with training and development activities and maintain training records.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and timesheet records and generate related reports.
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
• Ensure HR documentation is properly managed.Maintain confidentiality and ensure the integrity of sensitive HR data.
